NexusFinX is the trading name of Nexus International Finance Ltd, company number 15676, registered office Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

NexusFinX is not a bank. We are not regulated or supervised by any central bank or national financial regulator, in the Union of Comoros or elsewhere.

We provide our licence details and corporate documents to banks, payment counterparties and auditors on request, as part of their due diligence. Requests: [email protected].

Your account is a sub-account in the NexusFinX platform. Your balance is recorded separately in the platform.

The money itself is held in accounts in the name of NexusFinX at third-party banks. It is held together with the money of other clients, and is not held in a separate account for each client. You do not have your own account at those banks.

Money held with NexusFinX is not covered by any deposit protection, deposit insurance or compensation scheme. If NexusFinX, or a bank holding client money, became insolvent, you might not get all your money back, or it might take a long time.

All payments are made by SWIFT through third-party banks. Any bank in the payment chain may delay, question, return or refuse a payment under its own rules, and may charge fees. We cannot control this.

We do not give tax, legal, investment or financial advice. You are responsible for your own tax affairs, including reporting your account and payments to tax authorities where required.
